The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) invites Indian citizens to submit online applications, as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India, for the recruitment of a Fisheries Development Officer and Allied Personnel, junior engineer and plant manager in various departments of the Assam state government. Pay Scales:
- Fishery Development Officer & Allied Cadre: PB-4 ₹ 30,000/- to ₹ 1,10,000/- + Grade Pay ₹ 12,700/-
- Junior Engineer (Civil): PB-4 ₹ 14,000/- to ₹ 60,500/- + Grade Pay ₹ 8,700/-
- Plant Manager: PB-4 ₹ 30,000/- to ₹ 1,10,000/- + Grade Pay ₹ 12,700/-
Educational Qualifications:
Fishery Development Officer & Allied Cadre: B.F.Sc. Degree from any College/ University recognized by I.C.A.R. or D.F.Sc. or Master of Science (Fisheries) from C.I.F.E., Mumbai or any other Institute of I.C.A.R. Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in serving Fishery Department under various projects related to Aquaculture and Fishery Extension.
Junior Engineer (Civil): 03 years Diploma Course in Civil Engineering from any Institution recognized by AICTE.
Plant Manager: Degree in Dairy Technology from a recognize University/Institution
Selection Process: Examination / Interview.
